This Contact Policy explains the preferred communication channels, the information that helps us prepare a useful reply and the response timing clients can reasonably expect.

Preferred contact methods
  • For overseas clients, email and WhatsApp are the recommended first contact methods.
  • For Shenzhen-based or domestic clients, phone, WeChat and direct coordination may also be used depending on the project scope.

Response timing
  • We aim to reply within about 1 hour during working hours whenever possible.
  • Outside working hours, we aim to reply within 24 hours.
  • Complex project requests may require one additional round of clarification before a full recommendation or quotation can be provided.
